Dr. Andrew Branagan is an oncologist at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Cancer Center, where he specializes in the care of patients with multiple myeloma as well as Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia (WM) and other IGM-related disorders. Dr. Branagan trained at the Medical School for International Health, Ben-Gurion University in Collaboration with Columbia University. He later earned his PhD in Investigative Medicine from Yale University. Currently he serves on the MGH Cellular Therapy Steering Committee as well as Medical Director for MGH Cancer Center at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Dr. Branagan has over 20 years of translational research experience focusing on global health, preventing infections, and the development of novel treatment strategies.
