    Monica Morris is a myeloma nurse with over 30 years’ experience in the field of myeloma, including roles as a ward sister and myeloma clinical nurse specialist. She has also held senior roles in the non-profit sector within the area of patient information and support, and education and awareness programmes for healthcare professionals. She co-founded and led a myeloma support group in London for 18 years.
    During her career, Monica has worked with a variety of professional groups and has authored several papers on myeloma. She was an executive member of the UK Myeloma Forum; a member of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence myeloma guidelines committee; and is a co-founder and member of the IMW Nurse Symposium steering committee. She is currently working for Myeloma UK on a myeloma quality improvement project for UK hospitals.
