My name is Alexandra Poos and I'm a postdoc in the Translational Myeloma Research Group at the University Hospital Heidelberg. I'm working on the analysis and integration of different next generation sequencing readouts (bulk/single cell transcriptomic and (epi)genomic datasets) to study tumor evolution, the interplay between the tumor and its mircoenvironment as well as the mechanisms underlying treatment resistance.
