Dr. Azra Borogovac is an assistant clinical professor in the department of hematology and hematopoietic cell transplantation at the City of Hope Orange County, Lennar Foundation Cancer Center in Irvine, California. She holds triple board certifications in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. She completed her hematology-oncology and stem cell transplant training from the University of Oklahoma where she also achieved a master’s degree in clinical and translational research. Dr. Borogovac's research focus is on post-transplant and cellular therapy outcomes with a specific interest in immunomodulatory and gene expression changes in response to treatment in patients with multiple myeloma. She serves as a member of the Bone Marrow Transplantation Clinical Trials Network (BMT-CTN) Dissemination and Implementation Committee.
